HCM CITY — More than 50 food pavilions will present dishes from around the world at HCM City’s “Taste of the World” festival from November 14-17 at the Youth Cultural House in District 1.
This year’s festival is organised by the HCM City Department of Tourism in collaboration with the Việt Nam Tourism Association.
Gourmets will have the opportunity to explore authentic Vietnamese street food, which has put the country's culinary culture on the global tourism map, as well as cuisines from South Korea, Thailand, Japan, China and India.
The highlight will be a two-day event on November 16 and 17 featuring chefs from five-star hotels worldwide. The chefs will perform on the stage, showcasing their talent and experience. Game shows and bartender performances will also be part of the festival. — VNS
