HCM CITY — Pharmaceutical company Sanofi Vietnam has been named a “Top Employer” for 2019 by the Top Employers Institute, which hailed its efforts to “develop a solid, consistent and employee-centric strategy.”
Sanofi Vietnam said it had achieved the award for the first time together with its Singapore and India affiliates.
The annual international research undertaken by the Top Employers Institute recognises leading employers around the world who provide excellent employee conditions, nurture and develop talent at all levels of the organisation and strive to continuously optimise employment practices.
The institute assessed Sanofi Vietnam’s employee offerings such as its talent strategy, learning and skills development programmes, performance management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and culture.
The honour was a result of the company’s long-term commitment to create a great work environment for its employees and people development, Nguyễn Anh Tuyền, country chair, Sanofi Indochina, said.
