HCM CITY — The Lazada Vietnam e-commerce platform has launched a powdered milk guarantee programme, providing customers with the convenience and full confidence to purchase powdered milk online.
Under a partnership with nine renowned milk brands, namely Vinamilk, Friso, Enfa, Ensure, Glucerna, Pediasure, Similac, Grow, Anlene and Glico, all milk products covered under the programme are 100 per cent authentic and apply the highest standards in handling, storage and delivery to ensure the best quality.
The products are guaranteed by Lazada to have a long shelf life with at least 10 months from their expiry dates.
They will be sold at the market price or at prices in line with the manufacturer's promotions.
Notably, Lazada is willing to refund 200 per cent of the product price to customers if the product they receive is not in accordance with the company’s commitment. In addition, the programme also offers customers free delivery and attractive gifts.
All milk products covered by the programme will have the green logo of an expiry date guarantee.
Kaya Qin, chief operating officer of Lazada Vietnam, said that the company identified the challenges faced by customers on e-commerce platforms when choosing baby-related products, especially dairy, and decided to launch a milk guarantee programme that offers 100 per cent guaranteed authentic milk products for online purchase. — VNS
