AZ Property Group To Distribute Wonderland By Novaland

HCM CITY — Giant property developer Novaland Group has appointed AZ Property Group as its official general agent distributing second home products in Wonderland, one of the 10 components of NovaWorld Hồ Tràm.
NovaWorld Hồ Tràm is a hospitality project Novaland is developing in the southern province of Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu.
The entertainment complex covers an area of around 1,000ha and has 30km length facing the sea.
The project will have 10 parts, which are expected to bring local people new high-quality amusement experiences.
Inspired by western fairies, Wonderland will have a fairy world area with ocean villas, town houses, entertainment areas, and a four-star hotel complex.
“With our experience of distributing luxury hospitality projects, we think Wonderland in NovaWorld Hồ Tràm will bring to buyers sustainable value,” Huỳnh Hoàng Thịnh, chairman of AZ Property, said.
The complex is only 90km far from HCM City, he said.
Meanwhile, demand for second homes is increasing among Vietnamese, he said.
Novaland is a major developer, which has around 40 housing projects in HCM City. In recent times it has also developed hospitality projects in tourism destinations like Phan Thiết, Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu and Cần Thơ.
It has recenlty tied up with distribution agents to bring better services and product information to customers around the country. — VNS
