Shinhan Finance Vietnam Debuts After Buyout Of Prudential

With effect from June 14 Prudential Vietnam Finance Company became Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Ltd, but the change in name is not expected to affect the existing business relationship with customers, and all contracts with existing customers will remain unaltered, with corresponding obligations and rights assumed under the new name.

The company is working closely with customers, business partners and vendors to launch full operations.

All loan agreements customers signed with Prudential remain unchanged.

Shinhan is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shinhan Financial Group, a financial holding company incorporated in South Korea.
