SeABank Listed Among Vietnams 500 Fastest Growing Firms

The Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) has been named in the FAST500 a list of 500 companies with the fastest growth rate in Vietnam.

Recently released by the Vietnam Report, the FAST500 rated the top firms based on their compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in terms of revenue and business effectiveness in the last four years. It also considered other criteria like assets, total number of employees and post-tax profit, among others.

SeABank, which was established in 1994, secured 388th place in the ranking. Its charter capital is more than 5.4 trillion VND (232.2 million USD), with total access exceeding 125 trillion VND (5.37 billion USD). The bank operates 162 transaction points across 25 cities and provinces nationwide.

Previously, SeABank was also one of the 15 Vietnamese banks in The Asian Bankers’ AB500 ranking and survey of Asia Pacific’s strongest banks. It was awarded the “sustainable business” title by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
