The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) set the daily reference exchange rate at 22,578 dong/US dollar on June 13, up three dong from the previous day.
With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,255 dong/US dollar and the floor rate is 21,901 dong/US dollar.
The opening hour rates at major commercial banks fluctuated slightly.
Vietcombank listed buying price at 22,775 dong/US dollar and selling price at 22,845 dong/US dollar, up 10 dong compared to yesterday morning.
At BIDV, the greenback was also listed at 22,775-22,845 dong/US dollar (buying-selling), up five dong in both rates compared to yesterday morning.
Meanwhile, Techcombank adjusted up buying and selling prices by five dong from yesterday morning, listing at 22,755-22,855 dong/US dollar respectively.
