Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd won three awards at the 2019 Insurance Asia Awards in Singapore last week.
It won the awards for “International Life Insurer of The Year Vietnam”, “Claims Initiative of The Year Vietnam”, and “Digital Insurance Initiative of The Year Vietnam”.
The annual Insurance Asia Awards honour insurance companies in Asia that pioneer groundbreaking initiatives to bring changes to the insurance industry.
The judges included independent experts from prestigious financial and auditing organisations such as Milliman, KPMG, PWC, and Ernst & Young.
Since entering Vietnam in 1999, Prudential has been constantly rolling out innovative products and solutions and striving to deliver highly convenient, prompt and increasingly personalised services to all customers.
In recent years Prudential in Vietnam has been a pioneer in terms of digital offerings.
PRUeClaim, among the most noteworthy digital solutions implemented by Prudential, has won many plaudits for how it has heightened consumers awareness of the claims process and the insurance industry in general.
A key feature of PRUeClaim is that it allows customers to submit a claims request via popular online channels like Zalo, PRUbot and PRUOnline application. This highly convenient digital solution greatly simplifies the claims process and shortens the processing time.
Earlier Prudential was also honoured as one of the Best Companies to Work For in Asia in 2019 by HR Asia, Asias most authoritative publication for senior HR professionals.
