Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd has been honoured with awards from VietNamNet newspaper for among the “Top 50 Vietnam The Best in 2018″ and being the leading life insurance company last year.
It received them at a ceremony to honour Vietnam’s Top 500 largest enterprises (VNR500) as listed by the online newspaper together with Vietnam Report JSC in HCM City on Wednesday.
It was the 12th year in which the VNR500 was announced and the criteria were revenues, stable profit growth, total assets, number of staff, after-tax profit, ROA, ROE, and social and community responsibility.
Prudential was named among the “Top 50 Vietnam The Best” for a third consecutive year.
The British company has been in Vietnam for nearly 20 years.
Clive Baker, general director of Prudential Vietnam, said to be named in the Top 50 Vietnam The Best in 2018 once again recognised Prudential’s positive contributions to the socio-economic development of Vietnam and will be a driving force for the company to continue developing programmes to improve the life quality of Vietnamese families.
