Mirae Asset Finance Vietnam Spends VND10 Billion Supporting Customers

Mirae Asset Finance Vietnam (MAFC) has launched a VND10 billion package to join hands with Vietnam government in preventing and combating COVID-19 via “Walk for COVID-19 victims” programme. This package is customised for current customers at MAFC who are struggling to make repayments because of COVID-19.

The programme has offered two flexible options for MAFC’s current customers including waiving part of loan interest or rescheduling extend the tenure.

Lee Ja-yong, chair of MC of MAFC, said this package is the most recent effort from MAFC in order to join hands with Vietnam’s government to prevent and combat COVID-19, then to support the economy in the midst of crisis; simultaneously sharing a part of the financial burden with customers to overcome this global crisis.

“One of our business principles is “Customer First” and we always try our best to make it,” he said.

To “Walk for COVID-19 victims” programme, MAFC aims to improve customer experiences, brings them the most convenient services when lending at MAFC via My Finance App, a comprehensive option at the midst of the pandemic. Customers can easily get MAFC’s financial support from home.

The qualified customers for this VND10 billion package are the one who have smartphone and are struggling in making repayment because of COVID-19. Accordingly, the current customers at MAFC who have qualified following the terms and conditions of this programme will receive the financial support through 3 easy steps:

Estimatingly, the “Walk for COVID-19 victims” programme will be able to support almost 300,000 current customers who are qualified for it.
