Duong Cong Toan, deputy general director of Lien Viet Post Commercial Joint Stock Bank (LienVietPostBank, code: LPB) has registered to sell 250,004 LPB shares for personal use. The transaction time is expected from February 27th to March 23rd 2018 via put through and order matching methods. Toan is currently holding nearly 270,000 LPB shares, equivalent to 0.04 percent of LienVietPostBank’s charter capital. With LPB share price ranging around 16,000 dong per share in the morning session of February 26th 2018, it is expected that Toan will earn about four billion dong if the transaction is successful.
From the beginning of 2018 until now, the market price of LPB shares has been following an upward trend, currently reaching 16,000 dong per share while the starting price in early 2018 was 12,980 dong per share (on January 2nd), equivalent to an increase of 24 percent.
Compared to the peak price set at the beginning of 2018 (17,500 dong per share on January 24th 2018), the current market price of LPB has dropped by 8 percent.
However, the price of 17,500 dong per share is also the record high price of LPB shares since its listing on the Unlisted Public Company Market (UPCoM). The closing price of LPB on the first trading session was 14,200 dong per share.
