The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Hanoi branch has recently issued a written approval for the capital increase of Kookmin bank Hanoi branch.
Specifically, Kookmin Hanoi is allowed to increase capital from 35 million US dollars to over 100 million US dollars at the request of Kookmin Hanoi.
Kookmin Hanoi is responsible for raising capital in accordance with the current law. Within 15 working days from the date of completion of the increase, Kookmin Hanoi shall submit a written request for amending the granted capital level in the license to the SBV as prescribed.
The SBV’s written approval takes effect within six months from the date of signing. In case the capital increase is not completed within the allowed time, this document is longer valid.
Kookmin Hanoi, a branch established by Kookmin Bank (South Korea), was established in Vietnam in 2018 with granted capital of 35 million US dollars and a 99-year operating period. Kookmin’s branch Hanoi branch is located at the 25th floor, Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower, E6 Area, Cau Giay New urban area, Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
