HDBank has just successfully issued five trillion dong bonds in the form of individual issuance. The bond terms are two years and three years.
The success in this bond issuance has helped HDBank raise working capital scale, especially medium and long-term capital, serving business operation development, meeting HDBank’s demand for medium and long term capital for customers.
HDBank bonds are unconvertible, have no collaterals, are not secondary debt of the issuer, have fixed interest rate, are issued in the form of book entry with the name of the owner and are paid in dong. The issuance par value is one billion dong. The issuance price is equal to 100 percent of the par value.
Customers purchasing bonds are Vietnamese institutions and individuals and foreign organisations and individuals, not including credit organisations, foreign bank branches and subsidiary companies of credit organisations.
Bonds are registered for custody, payment management and transfer management at VNDirect Securities Joint Stock Company.
The successful issuance of five trillion dong bonds in the first stage of 2018 and the bond issuances in the previous years continue to affirm HDBank’s prestige and position in the market.
