Company’s focus is customers not served or under-served by banks and other finance companies.
Serving over 4 million customers and cooperating with more than 7,000 partners at nearly 12,000 point of sales (POS) nationwide, HD SAISON is one of the leading consumer finance companies in Vietnam.
It provides installment loans to individual customers via agents located at the POS of its partners, such as motorbike shops, electronics and furniture stores, tourist agencies, and other retailers. Most clients range from low to middle-income earners who are not served or under-served by banks, which often require lengthy procedures and a strict credit history.
The company not only cooperates with manufacturers such as Honda, Piaggio, Samsung, and Oppo and chain stores like Mobile World, FPT Shop, and Nguyen Kim but also with thousands of individual business households. Over the course of the last ten years, HD SAISON has expanded its network to 12,000 POS in all 63 cities and provinces in Vietnam.
HD SAISON aims to become the most trusted consumer finance company in Vietnam. To achieve this goal, the “human” factor remains at the heart of its strategy. HD SAISON considers satisfying consumer financial needs as its top priority and so continuously improves service quality and launches new products and services.
In addition to popular loan services for motorbikes, electronics, telephones, and furniture, as well as cash loans, at end of 2014 HD SAISON also introduced travel loans to the market and a few months later wedding loans, which are unique among consumer finance companies. HD SAISON also provides loans for buying cars and mini trucks, which were previously only available through banks.
In the third quarter of this year, HD SAISON and Vietjet Air will launch instalment payment services for flight tickets, to make many people’s “dreams of flying” come true in the near future.
Considering its business development to be associated with community building and social welfare, HD SAISON takes corporate social responsibility (CSR) very seriously. Its staff of nearly 9,000 employees actively take part in annual charity programmes around the country. For instance, the Blood Donation Day has been co-organised by the company and the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion in HCM City, Hanoi, and Da Nang annually since 2015, with thousands of blood units collected to help save lives.
In April, HD SAISON was the only customer finance company listed among the 50 companies with the best growth in Vietnam, according to Vietnam Report and Vietnamnet. A few months previously it won a “Top 50 Vietnam The Best” award for the first time.
2018 has also marked a milestone in HD SAISON’s development journey, as the company was among the FAST500 (the Top 500 fastest growing companies in Vietnam) and the VNR 500 (the Top 500 largest Vietnamese enterprises in terms of revenue) for the third year in a row.

Other prestigious awards include “Top 20 Golden Services” from the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association, “Top Brands 2016″ from the Institute of Economic Research (IER) and Global GTA (UK), and “Trusted Brand Index” from the Vietnam Enterprises Institute and InterConformity (Germany and EU).
