Generali Vietnam Launches VITA-Rewards Customer Loyalty Programme

Generali Vietnam Life Insurance LLC (Generali Vietnam) has launched VITA-Rewards, its new customer loyalty programme.

Customers earn points on special occasions, when making premium payments or activating generali’s digital applications. Points are also rewarded when customers participate in health and wellness activities. The points can be accumulated and redeemed for gifts on generali Vietnam’s digital health ecosystem GenVita.

“Developed and run on our digital health ecosystem GenVita, VITA-Rewards is poised to offer unique customer experience while contributing positively to better health and quality of life for our customers and the community,” Tina Nguyen, generali Vietnam CEO said.

VITA-Rewards, which means “gifts of life”, was uniquely designed by generali Vietnam to enable customers to easily accumulate, monitor and redeem their reward points for a variety of attractive gifts on GenVita. Customers are rewarded with points upon premium payment, or on special occasions such as their birthday or New Year.

In addition, customers can earn unlimited reward points when participating in exciting activities and challenges on GenVita, which are aimed to improve the health and wellness of customers and the community.

Under the VITA-Rewards programme, generali Vietnam has also expanded its VIP customer segment three-fold compared to the previous programme and rewards customers upon upgrading their membership tiers. Customers are rewarded when successfully activating GenCare accounts, a smart policy management function on GenVita.

GenVita is a digital health ecosystem developed by generali Vietnam, offering free services to its customers and the community. Apart from enabling users to research, buy and manage insurance policies online, GenVita also provides useful and reliable information on health and finance topics and encourages its users to look after their health.

Generali Vietnam is a member of generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers from Italy. In Vietnam, after nine years of operation, generali Vietnam currently has a nationwide network of over 60 GenCasa (agency offices) and customer service centers, serving over 300,000 clients.
