Chubb Life Vietnam received the Certificate of Merit from Vietnam’s prime minister for its achievements in the insurance industry and significant contributions to the community at a solemn function on May 22.
Lam Hai Tuan, chair and country president of Chubb Life Vietnam, said: “We are extremely honoured and grateful to have received this Certificate of Merit on Chubb Life’s 15th anniversary in Vietnam. This recognises our contribution to the life insurance industry and Vietnamese economy overall.”
Chubb Life Vietnam prides itself on introducing new insurance solutions to the market, one of those being Universal Life, a permanent life insurance solution with an investment and savings element.
With its diverse range of Universal Life solutions that can cater to customers aged up to 80 years, Chubb Life’s Universal Life portfolio now accounts for the company’s greatest market share.
The company has continued to develop solutions that suit the different needs of people in Vietnam, and now offers a comprehensive range of insurance products, including investment-linked insurance, whole life insurance, term insurance, combined insurance, health insurance, and personal accident insurance.
As a result of its strategies and superior product offerings, Chubb Life is one of the few insurers in Vietnam to have generated profits since its fifth year of operation and has continued to operate profitably for 11 years subsequently, adhering to the highest standards and fulfilling its responsibilities to the local communities in which it operates.
It has reinvested more than VND10 trillion into the Vietnamese economy.
Beside maintaining an exceptional business performance, Chubb Life Vietnam also constantly strives to support the community in the most practical ways.
Founded by Chubb Life Vietnam in 2005, the “Crossing Waves Fund” has, in collaboration with the Chubb Charitable Foundation International, contributed more than VND 25 billion for the construction of eight new schools and awarded scholarships to many underprivileged students, thus helping brighten the future of younger generations in Vietnam.
