The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has just announced the share trading result of Tu Tien Phat deputy general director of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB).
Specifically, on June 22nd 23rd, Phat purchased 300,000 ACB shares. After the trading, Phat owns 337,000 ACB shares, equivalent to an ownership of 0.02%.
On these two days, ACB share price fluctuated around 24,000 dong per share. It is estimated that at this price, Phat spent about 7.2 billion dong.
Previously, on May 19th, ACB’s CEO Do Minh Toan also successfully acquired 350,000 ACB shares, raising his ownership to over one million units.
In 2020, ACB aims to increase total assets by 12%, mobilisation of deposits by 12%, credit growth by 11.75%, and control bad debt below two percent. The bank’s consolidated pre-tax profit is targeted at about 7.636 trillion dong.
ACB’s annual general meeting approved the switch of listing to the HMC city Stock Exchange (HoSE). In 2020, the bank plans to raise its charter capital via share issuance to pay dividends at a ratio of 30 percent to existing shareholder. This is expected to be completed in April 2020. If it is successful, ACB’s charter capital will increase to 21.615 trillion dong.
